06/17/2021... Found Main House Unit Has Been Damaged From A Fallen Gutter. Found Unit To Be Really Low On R22 Did A Leak Search And Didn’t Find Any Leaks. Someone Installed A New Furnace And Coil 2years Ago And I’m Thinking They Didn’t Fill The System Back Up When They Installed The New Equipment. Had To Put In 3lbs 11oz Apartment Unit Found Unit Low And The Port Was Leaking. Fixed The Leak And Put In 1lb 5oz This Apartment Also Had New Furnace And Coil Installed. Both Units Are Now Properly Charged And Operating
