04/29/2021... Found Unit For Upstairs Above The Garage Low On Refrigerant Did A Quick Leak Check On Condenser. Evaporator Coil Is A Un Cased Coil And Is Built Into The Duct Work And Wrapped With Insulation. Filled Up System With Refrigerant As Requested. This Is The Second Time Unit Has Been Topped Off With Refrigerant In Past 5yrs Tina Said. I Had To Put In 2lbs.3oz Unit Comes Factory Charged With Roughly 3lbs 6oz. NO WARRANTY ON REFRIGERANT Recommend Just Getting A Quote On New Equipment Do To The Age Of Equipment And That It’s Leaking Refrigerant.
