12/15/2020...Upon Arriving The Old Shoe Store, There Was A Faint Smell Of Sewer Gas Near The Front Entryway. Inspected The Plumbing Vent Through The Roof, Checked Above Drop Ceiling For Any Sewer Gas And Did Not Find Anything. Toilet Was Low On Bowl Water Due To Inactivity (dry Winter Air Evaporates Water At A Rapid Rate) Shut Off Water At The Sink And Toilet, Topped Off All Traps With Trap Oil To Prevent Evaporation. Went Next-door To Sally’s Beauty Supply And Did Not Find Any Odors. Also Went Across The Parking Lot To The 1000 Square-foot Vacant Storefront And Did The Same. Did Not Notice Any Sewer Gas In The 1000 Square Foot Area. Also Filled The Floor Drain In He Water Meter Room With Trap Oil.
